3. A Study to Assess Maternal and Fetal Outcomes in Pregnancy with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus and Controls

   The purpose of this study is to retrospectively and prospectively compare maternal and fetal/newborn clinical outcomes in age-matched pregnant patients with T1D and healthy controls and to assess the relationship between glycemic variability and pregnancy outcomes in the current era.

4. Patient-Centered Outcomes in the Surgical Treatment of Uterovaginal Prolapse

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to compare two types of surgery for the treatment of uterovaginal prolapse to determine which surgery works best from a patient's perspective and has the lowest number of short-term and long-term complications.

5. A Registry to Follow Long-Term Outcomes for Mother and Child Pairs After Fetal Surgery for Spina Bifida

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to form a registry of data on the long term physical and mental health outcomes of the mother and child following fetal surgical repair for spina bifida.

7. Gynecologic Extramammary Paget's Disease

   Rochester, Minn.

   In addition to evaluating treatment outcomes, tissue samples and swabs will be collected as part of this study to allow physicians to better understand Extramammary Paget's Disease (EMPD). The researchers also want to learn more about the microorganisms (microbiome) that live on or near the areas of skin affected by EMPD, in order to better understand this condition.

9. Phase 2 Trial of Voyager V1 in Combination With Cemiplimab in Cancer Patients

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to determine the preliminary anti-tumor activity and confirm the safety of VV1 in combination with Cemiplimab. The study will concurrently enroll patients with four distinct advanced malignancies in 5 separate tumor cohorts. The four cancer types are: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and melanoma that are progressing on checkpoint inhibitor (CPI, generally refers to anti-PD(L)1 antibodies) treatment, CPI-naïve hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and treatment-naïve endometrioid endometrial cancer.

10. A Study to Collect Ovarian Tissue from Girls Undergoing Fertility-preserving Cryopreservation

    Rochester, Minn.

    The purpose of this study is to study the handling of ovarian tissue, cryopreservation technology, and oocyte maturation for female pediatric cancer patients and other female patients whose future fertility will be affected due to a disease or treatment.
