احتقان الأنف، أو ما يُعرف بانسداد الأنف، هو شعور بامتلاء الأنف أو الوجه. وقد يصحبه تساقط بعض السوائل أو سيلانها من الأنف أو الشعور بها في مؤخرة الحلق.
كثيرًا ما يُطلق على احتقان الأنف سيلان الأنف أو التهاب الأنف. إلا أنهما حالتان مختلفتان عن بعضهما. فسيلان الأنف هو عبارة عن سائل خفيف شفاف يسيل غالبًا من الأنف. بينما يكون التهاب الأنف مصحوبًا بتهيج وتورم داخل الأنف.
والتهاب الأنف هو السبب المعتاد لاحتقان الأنف.
